Who will deliver your dumpster?
Pioneer Dumpster Rental is a local roll-off hauler based in McKinney, Texas. Our own branded trucks and our own drivers run every delivery and pickup from our McKinney yard. The team you call is the team that moves your dumpster, and we never pass your order to another company.
Many dumpster websites are brokers. A broker takes your order and books it with whichever hauler has a truck free, so the company you paid is not the one that shows up. We work the other way: one company quotes the job, drops the bin, hauls it to the landfill scale and sends the final bill.
We rent five sizes: the 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard and 30-yard. Each includes delivery, pickup, 7 days and a set weight.
What can you count on from us?
Every rental comes with six commitments. The overage rate is written on your quote. The scale ticket is attached to your invoice. The invoice arrives 3 to 5 business days after pickup. The driver calls ahead, and boards protect your driveway. Next-day delivery is guaranteed when you book by 3 PM.
- The overage rate is on every quote: $75 per ton, billed by the exact pound. We don't round up to the next ton.
- The scale ticket comes with your bill: a digital copy of the certified landfill scale ticket is attached to every final invoice.
- The final bill arrives on a set schedule: it is emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes the disposal log.
- The driver calls ahead: an automated text or call 20–30 minutes before arrival, inside a 7 AM–5 PM delivery window.
- Your driveway gets boards: wooden boards go under the steel rails and rollers before the bin touches concrete or asphalt.
- Next-day delivery is guaranteed when you book by 3 PM.
What don't we do?
We don't accept hazardous waste, and we don't broker orders to outside haulers. Our largest roll-off is the 40-yard. Heavy debris such as concrete, dirt, brick and sand goes only in the 10 and 15-yard, loaded halfway, because of highway weight limits.
- No hazardous chemicals, wet paint or batteries in any dumpster
- No handing your order to a broker or an outside hauler
- No dumpsters larger than 30 yards; we schedule swaps for bigger jobs
- No concrete, dirt, brick or sand in the 20 or 30-yard
