Can I take remodeling debris free to the NTMWD sites in Collin County?

Can I put a dumpster beside a Collin County road outside city limits?
The county's right-of-way policy says work in county right-of-way needs a Public Works permit. Placing the roll-off on your own property avoids that step. Call Collin County Public Works if there is no room off the road.
Did Collin County ever cover landfill costs for storm cleanup?
After the December 2015 tornado, the county paid landfill costs for residents hauling storm debris in pickups and trailers. Roll-off and dump trucks still paid the normal rate then. Check with the county after any new storm before you plan around it.
