| Swap | Full dumpster out, empty one in | Billed as a new rental |
| Dry run | Truck can't drop or pick up because of a blockage | $125 |
| Overfill | Debris above the top rim | $125 dry-run fee; you remove the excess |

How long is the rental, and what do extra days cost?
The rental includes 7 days, counted from delivery. Each extra day costs $25. To extend, call before day 7 and we move your pickup date. To end early, call and we schedule the pickup.
Example: keeping a dumpster 10 days adds 3 extra days, which is $75.
How is weight measured and billed?
Weight is measured on the certified landfill scale. The truck is weighed full and then empty, and the difference is the net weight of your debris. Weight over your size's included tons is billed at $75 per ton, pro-rated by the exact pound. We do not round up.
Example: a 15-yard includes 2.5 tons (5,000 lb). The ticket shows 2.9 tons net (5,800 lb). You pay for 800 lb, or 0.4 tons, at $75 per ton: $30.00.

What proof of weight do you get, and when does the final bill arrive?
A digital copy of the certified landfill scale ticket is attached to your final invoice. The invoice is emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes our disposal log. It lists any overage, extra days or item fees, so you can check each line against the ticket.
What can't go in, and what costs extra?
Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries are prohibited in every dumpster. Mattresses, tires and appliances containing Freon are accepted for $50 each, because the landfill processes them separately. Ask before loading anything you're unsure about.
What are the fill-line and heavy-debris rules?
Debris must stay level with the top rim. Texas law requires a secured load, so we can't haul an overfilled dumpster. If it's overfilled at pickup, the $125 dry-run fee applies and the excess must be removed before we haul it. Heavy debris goes only in a 10 or 15-yard, loaded halfway.
Load rule: Texas Transportation Code §725.021. Clean, unmixed concrete or dirt loads qualify for clean-fill pricing.
Placement, access and driveway protection
You tell us where the dumpster should go, and the driver confirms it on the call-ahead. The dumpster is set on wooden boards to protect concrete and asphalt. The spot must be clear of parked cars, low wires and locked gates. If the truck can't drop or pick up because of a blockage, the $125 dry-run fee applies.
The driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arrival. You don't need to be home if the drop spot is clear. Street or alley placement may need a city permit; check your city page and our placement guide. Who obtains and pays for any street permit is confirmed on your quote.
Payment, cancellation and swaps
Payment method, any deposit, and cancellation or refund terms are stated on your quote before delivery is booked. A swap, where we pull a full dumpster and drop an empty one, is billed as a new rental at the flat rate for that size.
How do you question a charge?
Call (945) 293-7445 with your invoice in hand. We review the charge against the landfill scale ticket, the delivery and pickup dates, and the items listed. Because the ticket comes with every invoice, you can check the weight before you call.
